Hotel & guesthouse fire safety
Hotels and guesthouses protect many guests and staff. Clear evacuation, working FSI, approved equipment and regular checks are baseline. From 1 July 2026, licensed hotels/guesthouses must also provide suitable smoke hoods (grace period applies).
